Effective management tool

LOGIA creates the overview required to enable efficient management of resources and working processes at the warehouse.

Online registration of all stock transactions provides the correct starting point for planning and commissioning of orders. Orders are ranked according to dispatch time, urgent orders, etc. – and orders with shortfalls in items are highlighted so that effective measures can be taken.

Via on-screen overviews, the current status and progress of the day’s production can be followed in relation to specified deadlines. Status calculations lead to the expected completion time with the current manpower and efficiency. This picture is used to allocate machines and personnel resources for the various jobs to be done such that deadlines can be reached and an even workload is generated throughout the day.

At warehouse operative level the current number of completed jobs is displayed, and this figure can be compared against the norm and thus be used in the calculation of any bonus payments.

Reports
LOGIA contains a report menu in which large amounts of data can be displayed or printed out. The standard reports adequately cover the reporting needs of the majority of business enterprises, but can also be tailored to meet the needs of the individual enterprise concerned.

Business Intelligence - focus on improvement initiatives...
LOGIA contains all relevant data – both current and historical data – which the stock and logistics function can use as the basis for ongoing initiatives aimed at improvement.

The Business Intelligence module enables data enquiries to be compiled to LOGIA and data of high quality to be extracted which - once analysed/processed - provides the knowledge and basis for decisions, optimisations, etc. These can involve ABC analyses and analyses aimed at enhancing efficiency and economy.

The module is simple and user-friendly and even large amounts of data can be extracted in a matter of seconds. User rights can be established so that sensitive data is only accessible to selected individuals.
