Management of vertical lifts

Vertical lifts provide good, flexible and compact storage for small articles. LOGIA's vertical lift control unit is based on advanced and reliable technologies that ensure maximum utilisation, high accessibility and full flexibility.

The vertical lift module can be used as an independent module which controls a vertical lift in the warehouse in isolation or in combination with other LOGIA modules as an overall WMS for the entire warehouse.

The module is independent of the vertical lift and enables both new and existing vertical lifts of different makes to be combined in a single system. Operation of the vertical lift can be carried out from PC dialogues, PDA-dialogues or from the lift’s control panel.

Maximum utilisation of capacity
The maximum utilisation of the vertical lift is achieved with the LOGIA control unit through maximum utilisation of the physical storage space and by ensuring greater efficiency for inputting and picking in close interaction with the enterprise’s ERP system.
